摘    要:目的探讨经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)治疗老年冠心病患者的临床疗效,并分析其安全性,以供临床采取合理的治疗方式参考。方法回顾性分析开封市中心医院于2011年10月—2013年10月收治的92例老年冠心病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为桡动脉组(n=42)和股动脉组(n=50),对比分析两组的PCI成功率、手术时间、造影剂用量以及术后并发症的发生率。结果桡动脉组的成功率为90.48%,股动脉组成功率为90.00%,且从置入支架数、手术时间等方面看,组间比较均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但从术后并发症看,桡动脉组2例患者出现桡动脉闭塞,股动脉组11例患者出现血管并发症,组问比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病患者效果显著,且安全性较高,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transradial coronary intervention(PCI) for elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 92 patients with coronary heart disease were analyzed between October 2011 and October 2013. According to artery artery for PCI,all patients were divided to the radial artery group ( n =42) and femoral artery ( n = 50). The success rate, operative duration, contrast dosage and postoperative complications were comparatively analyzed in the two groups. Results The success rate was 90. 48% in the radial artery group and 90% in the femoral artery group respectively. However, there were no significantly different in the number of stent and operative duration in the two groups. The two cases of radial artery occlusion in radial artery group and the 11 cases of vascular bleeding complications were found. Conclusion It is efficacy and safety the PCI was applied for elderly patients with coronary heart disease by radial approach.
