腰椎间盘突出症117例患者的手术治疗体会

目的对117例腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术治疗情况进行分析与评价。方法对济钢医院2010年2月至2013年1月期间手术治疗117例145节段腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中14例合并有椎管狭窄或腰椎滑脱，结合症状体征等情况，行扩大开窗术76例，行半椎板切除术27例，行椎弓根钉内固定及椎间触合术14例。结果通过对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者进行随访，疗效满意者95例，基本满意者22例，均达到了良好的治疗效果。结论传统的髓核摘除术在掌握好手术适应症的情况下能够取得良好的治疗效果。

Experience of operation treatment of disc herniation in 117 patients of lumbar

Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of the treatment of disc herniation of lumbar operation. Methods In our hospital from 2008 February to 2013 during January, clinical data of 117 cases of treating the 145 lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed, including 14 cases with spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis. Combined with clinical signs and symptoms, prominent, the 76 cases of fenestration, semi laminectomy in 27 cases, 14 cases of pedicle screw internal fixation and intervertebral fusion surgery. Results Totally 117 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc operation treated patients were followed up, 95 cases with satisfactory effect, 22 cases of basic satisfaction, achieved a good therapeutic effect. Conclusion The traditional discectomy in mastering the operation indications have good therapeutic effect.
