肺黏液表皮样癌11例临床分析

目的分析研究肺黏液表皮样癌（pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma,PMEC）临床特点、治疗及预后。方法回顾我科手术治疗的11例原发PMEC患者,男性7例,女性4例。行肺叶切除7例,袖式切除＋支气管成形3例,全肺切除术1例。结果全部患者均治愈出院,无严重并发症发生。病理为高分化9例,低分化2例。术后平均随访54.20个月,1、3、5年生存率分别为100%（11/11）,85.71%（6/7）,60.00%（3/5）。1例低分化患者于术后34个月死于脑转移。结论 PMEC临床罕见且大多数肿瘤为低度恶性,多可通过完全切除肿瘤获得治愈。而高度恶性肿瘤患者预后差。

Clinical analysis of 11 cases of pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma（ PMEC）. the clinical data of 10 cases o f PMEC which were confirmed by pathological examination was analysised retrospectively,and literature was reviewed. Methods 11 cases of PMEC who accepted operation in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Of all these patients,7 are male and 4 are female. 7 patients received lobectomy,3sleeve resection and bronchoplasty and 1 pneumonectomy. Results All these patients were cured and discharged with no serious complication. Pathological study showed 9 patients with low- grade and 2 with high- grade tumor. The average follow- up was 54. 20 months and the survival rate of 1 year,3 year and 5 year was respectively 100%（11 /11）,85. 71%（6 /7）and 60. 00%（3 /5）. 1 high- grade patient died from brain metastasis after 34 month receiving operation. Conclusion PMEC is a rare tumor and most of them are low- grade. Complete resection is curative for most low- grade tumors. However,patients with high- grade tumor have poor prognosis.
