不同类型的肝炎患者血清IL-6的表达水平及其临床意义

目的 探究不同类型的肝炎患者血清IL-6的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 选取2013年1月—2014年1月在我院确诊为肝炎的患者120例作为研究对象,其中轻度患者40例,中度患者40例,重度患者40例。另选取40例作为正常对照组,对研究对象的血清IL-6的表达水平和临床意义进行探究。结果 不同类型的肝炎患者血清IL-6的表达水平不同,重度肝炎〉中度肝炎〉轻度肝炎〉正常组。各组之间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 血清IL-6水平不仅参与了由肝炎急性感染引起的肝脏损伤,还可能与肝炎的清除密切相关,通过检测IL-21水平可以更好地帮助临床判断肝炎活动程度、检测病情和判断预后,在临床中有很重要的意义。

Serum levels of IL- 6 expression and its clinical significance in patients with different types of hepatitis

Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum hepatitis patients and its clinical significance of different types of IL- 6. Methods Selected 120 patients in January 2013- January 2014 in our hospital diagnosed with hepatitis for the study,40 patients with mild,moderate in 40 patients,40 patients with moderate to severe. Another 40 cases as normal control group,the study object expression levels and clinical significance of serum IL- 6 were explored.Results The serum hepatitis type expression levels of IL- 6 type,severe hepatitis〉 moderate hepatitis〉 mild hepatitis〉 control group. Between the groups was significant difference,with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Serum levels of IL- 6 is not only involved in the liver damage caused by the hepatitis acute infection,may also be closely related to the clearance of hepatitis,which can better help determine the degree of clinical hepatitis activity by detecting the level of IL- 21 to detect the condition and prognosis,it has a very important significance in clinical.
