持续气道正压通气对于预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合症的效果观察

目的探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气（N—CPAP）对于预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合症（NRDS）的效果。方法试验组在早产儿出生后即给予经鼻塞持续正压通气（N—CPAP），对照组在早产儿出生后给予氧气吸入，比较两组早产儿在干预6h后的PO2值，PCO2值，血PH值以及发生呼吸窘迫综合症（RDS）的例数。结果试验组早产儿的PO2值、血PH值均高于对照组，PCO2值以及发生RDS的例数则低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对早产儿早期实施N—CPAP能够预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合症的发生。

Clinical observation of continuous positive airway pressure for prevention of respiratory distress syndrome in premature children

Objective To explore the effects of nasal continuous positive airway pressure （ N - CPAP） on prevention of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants （NRDS）. Methods Infants in experimental group were given nasal continuous positive airway pressure （ N - CPAP） fight after the infants were born. Meanwhile, infants in control group were only given oxygen. After 6 hours, PO2 values, PC02 values, blood PH values, and case number of infants who suffered from respiratory distress syndrome （RDS） were compared between two groups. Results PO2 value, blood PH values of 7 infants in experimental group were higher than those in the control group. PCO2 values as well as the case number of RDS was lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early application of N - CPAP in premature infants could promisingly prevent respiratory distress syndrome form happening.
