营养风险筛查评估对肺结核併糖尿病患者的分析

摘    要:目的 探讨营养筛查对肺结核合并糖尿病患者临床结局的影响。方法 随机选择120例住院治疗的肺结核合并糖尿病患者,采用NRS-2002营养风险筛查评分简表对患者进行营养风险筛查评分,比较其对患者并发症发生率、住院天数及住院费用的影响。结果 营养评分大于等于3分者55例,营养评分小于3分者65例。两组人群并发症的发生率、住院天数及住院费用之间的差别具有统计学意义,统计分析结果分别为0.007、0.003及0.027。结论 住院患者进行NRS-2002营养风险筛查,可降低患者营养不良发生率,为科学制定营养支持治疗方案提供临床依据。

Analysis of effect evaluation of nutritution risk screening for pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of the nutritional screening on pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes patients clinical outcome. Methods Totally 120 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes have been choosed randomly,and have used nutritional risk screening NRS- 2002 score table of nutritional risk screening score for patients. Compared the complication rate,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses. Results There were 55 cases the nutritional score greater than or equal to 3 points,the others nutritional score less than 3 points. Statistically significant incidence,hospitalization days and hospitalization cost difference between the two groups in complications,the results of statistical analysis were 0. 007,0. 003 and 0. 027. Conclusion The patients with nutritional risk screening was performed in patients with NRS- 2002 could reduce the incidence of malnutrition,to provide the clinical evidence for formulating the nutrition support scheme scienfically.
