平肝降压颗粒治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床研究

目的:评价平肝降压颗粒治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的疗效和安全性。方法:选择高血压病肝阳上亢证患者210例,按照分层随机方法分为治疗组与对照组各105例;观察治疗前后血压、症状、血脂、血糖、血液流变学、肝肾功能、三大常规的变化以及有无不良反应。结果:治疗组降压疗效明显优于对照组,且能改善症状,纠正血脂、血糖代谢紊乱,降低血液黏稠度(P<0.05,P<0.01);肝肾功能和三大常规均无异常变化。结论:平肝降压颗粒治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证有较好的疗效,且安全可靠。

Clinical research of Pingganjiangya Granule on treatment of hypertension liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the effects and security of Pingganjiangya Granule on treatment of hypertension with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods: 210 hypertensive patients with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang were divided into treatment group of Pingganjiangya Granule(105 cases) and control group of Niuhuangjiangya Pill(105 cases) by stratified random method.The blood pressure,syndrome,blood lipid,blood sugar,hemorhelogy,liver and kidney function,three conventional,adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Results: The antihypertensive effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group.It could improve symptoms,correct the lipid and glucose metabolism disorders,and lower blood viscosity.There were no changes in liver and kidney function and three convention tests.Conclusion: Pingganjiangya Granule has good effect and high safety in treating hypertension with syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang,so that it deserves further research and promotion.
