肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎疗效观察

目的观察肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎的临床效果。方法 120例肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予基本治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予肾康注射液、泼尼松及冬虫夏草进行治疗,对比2组临床效果、住院时间、并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为85.0%高于对照组的71.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组住院时间为（91±6）d短于对照组的（105±6）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组各并发症发生率低于对照组水平,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎能明显提高临床疗效、降低并发症的发生率、缩短住院时间,具有十分重要的临床意义。

Effects observation of application Shenkang injection combined medication on glomerulonephritis with acute interstitial nephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of glomerular nephritis complicating with acute interstitial nephritis.Methods 120 cases patients with glomerulonephritis with acute interstitial nephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 28 cases.Treatment group were given routine medical teratment and shenkang injection,prednisone,cordyceps.Control group were only given routine medical teratment.After treatment,compared the clinical effects,duration of hospitalization and complication.Results The total effective rate of observation group（85.0%） was higher than that of control group（71.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The complication rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The hospital stay of observation group[（91 ± 6） d]was lower than that of control group[（105 ± 6） d],the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Targeted for the symptomatic treatment of glomerular nephritis complicating with acute interstitial nephritis can significantly reduce the incidence of complication,improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the time of hospitalization,and has very important clinical significance.
