尤瑞克林、依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察尤瑞克林、依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床有效性和安全性。方法将132例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（A组）、对照1组（B组）、对照2组（C组）各44例。在常规治疗基础上,A组予以尤瑞克林、依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗,B组予以尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗,C组予以依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗。比较3组治疗前和治疗后7、14d的欧洲卒中评分量表（ESS）评分和日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分,以及临床疗效。结果 A组治疗后ESS评分、ADL评分较B、C组改善明显,且临床总有效率高于B、C组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尤瑞克林、依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

The effect observation of the urinary kallidinogenase,edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical validity and security of the urinary kallidinogenase,edaravone and butylphthalide using together in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 132 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （group A）,control 1 group （group B） and control 2 group （group C）,each of 44 cases.On the basis of routine treatment,the group A was given urinary kallidinogenase,edaravone and butylphthalide for treatment;the group B was treated with Urinary Kallidinogenase and Edaravone;the group C was treated with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide.The European Stroke Scale （ESS） scores and the BARTHEL ADL scores of 3 groups before and after 7,14 days of treatment were compared.Results Comparing with group B and group C,the ESS scores and the BARTHE ADL scores of group A were both improving notable,and the total clinical efficiency of which was higher than that of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effects of the urinary kallidinogenase,edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction are obvious.
