3种镇痛方法用于人工流产的临床效果分析

目的对比分析丙泊酚、曲马多、利多卡因3种镇痛方法应用于人工流产的效果。方法将240例要求行人工流产的患者随机分为A、B、C3组,每组80例。A组采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉注射镇痛,B组采用曲马多静脉滴注镇痛;C组采用利多卡因宫颈注射镇痛。观察对比3组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、出血量、人工流产综合征及不良反应。结果 A组镇痛总有效率为100.00%优于B组（86.25%）、C组（73.75%）（P〈0.05）;A组宫颈松弛情况（83.75%）优于B组（33.75%）、C组（17.50%）（P〈0.05）;3组出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组人工流产综合征发生率优于B、C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3组均未发生明显不良反应。结论 3种药物用于人工流产术均能达到一定的镇痛作用,其镇痛效果依次为丙泊酚加芬太尼、曲马多、利多卡因。丙泊酚可达到完全镇痛的效果。不同镇痛方法为育龄妇女提供了多项选择,可满足不同层次患者的需求,使人工流产术更人性化。

The clinical analysis of 3 kinds of analgesic method applied in abortion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of propofol and tramadol and lidocaine applied in abortion.Methods 240 cases patients required artificial abortion were randomly divided into A group、B group and C group,each of 80 cases.A group was given propofol combined with perphenazine infusion;B group was given tramadol infusion,C group was given lidocaine infusion.After treatment,compared the effect and cervical laxity,the amount of bleeding,abortion syndrome of three groups.Results The total effective rate of A group（100.00%） was higher than that of B group（86.25%） and C group（73.75%）,the difference was statistically and significant（P 0.05）.The cervical laxity of A group（83.75%） was better than that of B group（33.75%） and C group（17.50%）,the difference was statistically and significant（P 0.05）.The incidence of abortion syndrome of A group was better than that of B group and C group,the difference was statistically and significant（P 0.05）.The difference of bleeding in three groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion All of the three kinds of analgesic can alleviate the suffering of patients,the analgesic effect followed by propofol combined fentony,tramadol and lidocaine,different analgesic method can meet the needs of patients with different level.
