阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症的疗效比较观察

目的观察比较阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症的临床疗效与安全性。方法将80例原发性高血脂患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组(10mg/次,每天1次)和辛伐他汀组(10mg/次,每天1次),每组40例。治疗结束后比较2组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化。结果治疗12周后,阿托伐他汀组降低TC、TG、LDL-C的总有效率均高于辛伐他汀组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗12周末,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著下降,HDL-C水平均显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相同剂量下阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症安全、有效,但阿托伐他汀降脂效果更为显著。

Effect comparison observation of atorvastain and simvastain in treatment of primary hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastain and simvastain in treatment of primary hyperlipidemia.Methods 80 cases with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into atorvastain group（erery time 10mg,once a day）and simvastain group（erery time 10mg,once a day）.Observed and compared the level changes of cholesterol（TC）,triacylglycerol（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）of 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment for 12 weeks,the total effective rate of reduce TC、TG and LDL-C in atorvastain group were higher than those of simvastain group,the diffenences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The level of TC、TG and LDL-C in both groups were lower,and HDL-C level were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,but the alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,creatinine（Cr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatine kinase（CK） in both groups were no difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both atorvastain and simvastain are safe and effective drugs in treatment of hyperlipidemia,but atorvastain is better.
