我院口服降糖药物使用情况分析

目的了解我院口服降糖药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2007—2009年医院口服降糖药物的品种、规格、使用量、用药频度（DDDS）进行统计分析。结果阿卡波糖片销售金额连续3年排首位,销售金额排序与DDDs排序比值为1,同步性很好;格列吡嗪片、格列喹酮片DDDs波动不大,使用是较稳定;伏格列波糖分散片、瑞格列奈片销售金额逐年上升。结论口服降糖药用药频次、金额呈逐年上升趋势,临床医师和药师根据药品的适应证、作用特点、安全性、价格因素等为患者合理选用药品,降糖药物使用基本合理。

Analysis of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs Used in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the current situation and trait of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital.Methods Sales amount,defined daily dose（DDDs）,drugs daily cost（DDC）of oral antidiabetic drugs used in our hospital in 2007—2009 were analyzed statistically.Results Acarbose of sales amount for three consecutive years first row,sales amount and DDDs sort order ratio of 1,synchronicity very good;Which Gregorian pyrazine piece,the gliquidone DDDs fluctuations of testosterone quinoxalin is not big,use is more stable.Conclusion Antidiabetic use frequency,amount increasing year by year,clinical doctors and pharmacists according to drug indications,function characteristics,safety,price factors,such as the reasonable choice for patients with drugs,oral glucose-lowering drugs use basic reasonable.
