疼痛护理干预缓解胃部手术后疼痛的效果观察

目的观察疼痛护理干预对缓解胃部手术后疼痛的效果。方法将120例胃大部切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。2组均给予积极有效的围术期护理,观察组在此基础上给予疼痛护理干预。比较2组术后疼痛程度、睡眠时间、吗啡使用情况及患者满意度。结果观察组术后12h、24h、72h疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,术后48h内睡眠时间长于对照组,术后吗啡使用率低于对照组,术后疼痛护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后疼痛护理干预可明显缓解患者术后疼痛,保证患者充足的睡眠时间,降低吗啡使用率,提高患者满意度,促进患者机体康复。

Effect observation of pain nursing intervention on pain alleviating after stomach operation

Objective To observe the effcet of pain nursing intervention on pain alleviating after stomach operation.Methods 120 cases patients with subtotal gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases.Both of 2 groups were given positive and effective perioperative operation nursing,while observation group were given pain nursing intervention on basis,compared the degree of postoperative pain,sleep time,morphine use and patient satisfaction of 2 groups.Results The pain scores of VAS in observation group 12h,24h,72h after operation were lower than those of control group,sleep time in 48h after operation was longer than that of control group,morphine utilization rate was lower than that of control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Postoperative pain nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the patient with postoperative pain,assure patient enough sleep time,reduce morphine utilization rate,improve patient satisfaction,promote the recovery of patient.
