国产与进口氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的对照研究

摘    要:目的比较不稳定型心绞痛患者使用国产和进口氯吡格雷治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,随机分为A组(国产氯吡格雷)和B组(进口氯吡格雷),均于入院后即刻口服负荷量300mg,之后75mg/d。2组病例均给予冠心病常规保守治疗,用药30d观察发病后30d内的终点事件(心血管死亡、心肌梗死、急性冠脉综合征再入院),同时监测血小板变化(血小板计数、血小板聚集率)及不良反应。结果 2组在终点事件发生率、血小板变化及不良反应方面比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论国产氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛与进口氯吡格雷相比同样安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic and imported clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 80 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into group A(domestic clopidogrel) and group B (imported clopidogrel).The patients of both groups took medicine immediately after admission(loading dose of 300mg),and then the dose of clopidogrel was changed to 75mg/d.All of the patients were given conventional treatment.The endpoint events,such as cardiovascular death,myocardial infarction and readmission caused by acute coronary syndrome,were observed within 30d after the onset of illness,meanwhile the changes of platelets (platelet count,platelet aggregation) and adverse reactions were monitored.Results There was no significant difference between 2 groups in terms of endpoint events,changes of platelets and adverse reactions (P0.05).Conclusion It was safe and effective for domestic clopidogrel equally compared with imported clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
