清开灵注射液联合针灸疗法辅治急性中风的临床研究

目的探讨清开灵注射液联合针灸疗法辅治急性中风的临床效果。方法将急性中风患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上每日加用清开灵注射液联合针灸疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在西药常规治疗的基础上,加用清开灵注射液联合针灸疗法治疗急性中风,可显著提高临床效果,降低病残率及病死率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of Qingkailing injection combined with acupuncture therapy in acute stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingkailing injection combined with acupuncture therapy in acute stroke.Methods 80 cases patients with acute stroke were radomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 40 cases.Control group received conventional western medicine treatment,observation group,on that basis,daily and were given Qingkailing injection combined with acupuncture therapy.Copared the clinical effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（90.0%） was higher than that of control group（70.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,application of Qingkailing injection combined with acupuncture therapy in acute stroke can significantly improve the clinical effect,reduce the rate of disability and fatality,improve the life quality of patient.
