我院抗肿瘤药物致不良反应65例报告分析

目的分析该院抗肿瘤药物不良反应情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法分析65例抗肿瘤药物不良反应患者的性别、年龄分布、给药途径、引起ADR的抗肿瘤药物种类、代表药物及不良反应累计的器官或系统情况。结果 65例ADR中,男24例（36.92%）,女41例（63.08%）;年龄23～89岁,其中以50～59岁年龄段和60～89岁年龄段发病率较高。静脉注射给药62例（95.38%）是最易引起ADR的途径。最易引起ADR的抗肿瘤药物为辅助治疗类7种,22例（32.85%）;植物来源类1种,11例（16.92%）;中成药4种,16类（24.62%）。ADR最易累及的器官系统前3位为神经系统损害31例（47.69%）,消化系统27例（41.54%）,皮肤及附件损害28例（43.08%）。结论临床药师应重点关注肿瘤患者用药不良反应的临床表现。通过加强临床药师对抗肿瘤药用药过程的观察和监护,减少不良反应的发生及其减轻造成的损害,促进合理用药。

The analysis of 65 cases of adverse reactions caused by anticancer drug in our hospital

Objective To investigate the adverse drug reactions caused by antineoplastics in our hospital so as to promoting safe and rational drug use.Methods Analysised the gender,age distribution,and route of administration of 65 cases of adverse reactions reported caused by anticancer drugs.Analysised the types of anticancer drugs and on behalf of the drug,adverse cumulative organs and system conditions.Results In the 65 cases with ADR,there were male,24 cases（36.92%） and 41 females（63.08%） ;The age ranged from 23 to 89,the highest incidence were 50 ～ 59 and 60 ～ 89.The ADR most likely was caused by intravenous route of administration（62,95.38%）.The anticancer drugs created ADR followed by adjuvant therapy（22,32.85%）,plant sources（11,16.92%）,proprietary chinese medicines（16,24.62%）.The nervous system（47.69%） and digestive system（41.54%） and skin and appendages（43.08%） were most likely be affected.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist should pay attention on the clinical manifestations of ADR caused by anticancer drugs in order to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote the rational use of medicine.
