血糖自我监测在老年糖尿病患者中的应用研究

目的研究老年糖尿病患者自我血糖监测相关知识的认知情况,为开展老年糖尿病健康教育提供依据。方法通过问卷调查法对到我院特约门诊就医的老年糖尿病患者进行认知情况调查,发放问卷150份,收回有效问卷136份。结果 136例被调查的老年糖尿病患者中,32.35%不了解血糖控制目标,仅有67.65%进行自我血糖监测,其中有60%以上的患者对血糖监测的时间、频率及记录方法了解不够。结论老年糖尿病患者缺乏自我血糖监测的相关知识,应加强对老年糖尿病患者自我血糖监测知识的健康宣教及技术上的指导,努力提高自我管理能力。

Self Monitoring of Blood Glucose in Elderly Diabetic Patients in the Application Analysis

Objective To investigate the self-monitoring of blood glucose of diabetic patients cognition,to provide evidence for health education in elderly diabetes mellitus.Methods Questionnaire investigation method to my courtyard outpatient service of engage by special arrangement in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were cognition situation investigation,150 questionnaires were sent out,136 valid questionnaires were returned.Results 136 cases were investigated in 32.35% elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,do not understand the goal of blood glucose control,only 67.65% were self monitoring of blood glucose,which has more than 60% of the patients blood glucose monitoring time,frequency and recording method to understand enough.Conclusion The elderly diabetic patients lacking self monitoring of blood glucose related knowledge,should strengthen pair of older self-monitoring of blood glucose of diabetic patients knowledge of health education and technical guidance,and strive to improve the ability of self management of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
