桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤对小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效分析

目的探讨分析桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤对小儿上呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法选取来我院就诊治疗的80例上呼吸道感染咳嗽的患儿,随机平分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组采用桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗有效率、咳嗽平均缓解时间及免疫功能改善情况差异。结果观察组治疗有效率92.5%,咳嗽平均缓解时间7.6±2.1 d;对照组治疗有效率77.5%,咳嗽平均缓解时间9.7±1.8 d,观察组患者免疫功能改善情况也叫对照组有显著优势,P〈0.05。结论桂枝加厚朴杏仁汤治疗小儿上呼吸道感染咳嗽起效较快,疗效显著。

Efficacy analysis of cassia twig thickened Puxingren soup in the treatment of children with cough and upper re-spiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate the curative effect of cassia twig thickened Puxingren soup in the treatment of children with cough and upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 80 children with cough and upper respiratory tract infection were randomly and e- venly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with antibiotics, and the observation group was treated with cassia twig thickened Puxingren soup. The treatment effect, average time of cough remission and improvement of immune function were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rates were 92.5% and 77.5% and the av- erage time of cough remission was 7.6 ± 2. 1 days and 9. 7 ± 1.8 days respectively in the observation group and in the control group. The improvement of immune function was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cas- sia twig thickened Puxingren soup has a significant curative effect in the treatment of children with cough and upper respiratory tract infec- tion. It is an ideal Chinese medicine therapy.
