| 摘 要： | 测定１９９２～１９９６年的４５例活动期系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）住院病人及２２例住院后病情由活动期转变成非活动期的ＳＬＥ病人的抗核抗体（ＡＮＡ）滴度，结果显示：活动期病人与非活动期病人之间ＡＮＡ阳性率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），治疗前后活动期病人ＡＮＡ滴度明显高于非活动期。提示：ＡＮＡ阴性不能否定ＳＬＥ的诊断及其活动性。同一病人ＡＮＡ滴度的降低可反映病情的缓解，故ＡＮＡ滴度的动态观察可作为ＳＬＥ病情观察的重要指标。

| Abstract: | We detected antinuclear antibodies(ANA) titers in 45 patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) from 1992 to 1996. The ANA titers in 22 inactive patients that were active befroe treatment were also detected. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the ANA positive rate in active cases and that in inactive patients ( P >0.05). But the ANA titers in active cases were significantly higher than that in inactive patients ( P <0.05). The results suggest that ANA negative may be seen in SLE even at active phase, but ANA titers were decreased when the activity was decreased in the ANA positive patients of SLE. ANA titers are a sign for the determination of the activity of SLE. |
