摘    要:基因缺陷所致共济失调-毛细血管扩张症(AT)表现为免疫缺陷、进行性共济失调、性腺发育异常、辐射敏感和易患癌症等。本文综述了AT的信号传导,包括AT基因突变和临床症状、电离辐射诱导的信号传导通路中的一些转录因子、细胞周期检控点异常、持续的氧应激和细胞凋亡等。

Abstract:The genetic disorder ataxia telangiectasia (AT) is characterized by immunodeficiency,progressive cerebellar ataxia, gonadal abnormalities, radiosensitivity, and cancer predisposition. In this paper, the signal transduction of AT are reviewed, including ATM (AT mutated) gene and clinicalsymptoms, some transoription factors in the signaling pathway induced by ionizing radiation, cell cycle checkpoint defects, durative oxidative stress and cell apoptosis.
