| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2次/d与1次/d采用穴位按摩法治疗感音神经性聋的疗效差异。方法选择感音神经性聋学生50例(100耳),随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别给予2次/d与1次/d按摩耳周穴位,治疗12个月。治疗前后均行听觉脑干诱发电位检测,对比疗效。结果2组有效率经统计学处理无显著性差异,但显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用2次/d按摩耳周穴位治疗感音神经性聋疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the curative effect differences of periauricular point massage(PPM) on sensorineural deafness(SND) between twice and once a day.Methods Fifty student patients(one hundred ears) with SND were randomly divided in treatment group which were treated with PPM twice a day and control group which were treated with PPM once a day for 12 months.Auditory brainstem response(ABR) was determined and compared before and after treatment.Results The effective rate had no significant difference based on statistical analysis between the two groups,but the notably effective rate had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Treated with PPM twice a day is significantly valuable on SND. |
