| 摘 要： | 目的证实体外肝细胞极性重建过程中存在cofilin的脱磷酸化。方法利用三明治构型培养成鼠肝细胞,应用western免疫印迹法分别检测细胞裂解物中cofilin、P-cofilin水平,以单层胶原培养肝细胞作为对照。结果三明治构型培养肝细胞获得了细胞极性重建,培养96h和1周组与对照组相比P-cofilin水平明显下降。结论体外肝细胞极性重建过程中存在cofilin的脱磷酸化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To confirm the existence of dephosphorylation of cofilin in reestablishment of hepatocytic polarity. Methods Sandwich configuration was used to culture hepatocytes. Cell lysates was analyzed by immunoblotting using anti - P - cofilin and anti - cofilin antibodies to examine dephosphorylation of cofilin compared with a single collagen configuration. Results Sandwich - cultured hepatocytes reestablished cell polarity. The level of P - cofilin was reduced obviously in sandwich configuration cuhured hepatocytes for 96h and one week contrasted to controls. Conclusion Cofilin dephosphorylation exists in the course of reestablishment of hepatocytic polarity. |
