| 摘 要： | 目的观察生化汤在缩短药物流产后阴道出血情况。方法将160例药物流产后妇女随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予生化汤。对两组进行疗效观察。结果观察组阴道出血量较对照组明显减少,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血时间比对照组明显缩短,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论生化汤在药物流产后缩短阴道出血时间,减少出血量有一定的作用,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of ShengHuaTang on vagina bleeding in women who had abortion with mifepristone and misoprstol.Methods 160 medicinal abortion women were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group.Observational group was treated by ShengHuaTang.The curative effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the contool group,the bleeding time was shorter and the volume of hemorrhage was less significantly in the observational group.Conclusion Sheng Hua Tang can reduce vagina bleeding time and volume of hemorrhage in medicinal abortion. |
