摘    要:目的分析冻融胚胎移植后结局,探索提高冻融胚胎移植妊娠率的方法。方法采用慢速冷冻-快速融冻方法行胚胎移植,子宫内膜的准备分自然排卵周期及激素替代周期,移植前融胚过程分为辅助孵化组和未辅助孵化组,对移植融胚的妊娠结局进行分析。结果冻融胚胎移植98周期,妊娠率24.5%。自然周期与激素替代周期比较妊娠率无统计学意义,流产率亦无统计学意义。辅助孵化组与对照组相比妊娠率有差异,流产率相比无显著差异。结论自然周期与激素替代周期作为冻融胚胎移植前子宫内膜的准备可获得相近的妊娠率。应用激光辅助孵化技术可提高冻融胚胎移植妊娠率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the outcomes of frozen-thrawed embryos transfer and to find ways for increasing prenancy rate. Methods 98 F-ET cycles were included in this study. Embryos were cryopreserved with slow-freezing method and were thawed using rapid-thawed method. Frozen-thawed embryos were transferred in natural cycles (71) or hormone replacement (HR) cycles(27), and the embryos were hatched with or without laser assistance. Then we analyzed the pregnancy results. Results With 98 F-ET cycles analyzed, the clinical pregnancy rate was 24.5% (24/98). Pregnancy and abortion rate had no statistical significance in natural cycles and hormone replacement cycles. Pregnancy rate was higher in laser assisted hatching than that in non-assisted hatching. Abortion rate was not significantly different. Conclusion Similar pregnancy results are obtained after transferring frozen-thawed embryos in natual cycles and HR cycles. Laser assisted hatching increases pregnancy rate.
