| 摘 要： | 目的提高护理质量,防止交叉感染。方法把各项护理工作规章制度,操作规范及法律法规与护理工作流程进行有机整合,相互渗透,融为一体,使各项护理工作均按流程进行。结果流程管理在提高护理质量的同时,保障了病人的医疗安全和护理人员的职业安全。结论流程管理使护理工作更加标准、规范、优质,可切实防止交叉感染的发生,并实现护理工作的持续改进。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality of nursing jobs and avoid the cross-infection.Methods The various rules of nursing jobs,operation rules,laws and regulations were combined with the technological process of nursing jobs to make them penetrate mutually and melt for an integral whole and handle the various nursing jobs being in progress according to the technological process.Results Process management could ensure the patients' safety of medical treatment and safety of the nursing staffs at the same time of improving the quality of nursing jobs.Conclusions Process management can make the nursing jobs more standard and kept at higher grades.It may also guard against the cross-infection conscientiously and continue the improvement of the nursing jobs. |
