| 摘 要： | 肝损害是化疗药物常见的毒性反应之一,严重肝损害往往影响肿瘤化疗的正常进行。不同化疗药物、甚至同一药物在临床中的肝损害发生率在不同的文献报道中有差异;被忽略的肝脏毒性会导致严重的临床后果;联合用药方案致不良反应的主要药物不易明确;化疗药物的肝损伤类型主要为肝细胞坏死、肝细胞脂肪变性、肝线粒体损伤、胆汁淤积、肝血管损害等。

| Abstract: | As one of chemotherapy-induced toxicities,serious liver injury often interferes with the background chemotherapy.Literatures regarding liver injury induced by commonly used antineoplastic drugs were retrieved and summarized.The results showed that there were different incidences of liver injury in various chemotherapy drugs and even in a single agent.The neglected liver toxicity caused severe consequence.Hepatic injuries associated with chemotherapy included hepatocellular necrosis,hepatocyte fatty degeneration,liver mitochondria damage,cholestasis,and vascular lesions. |
