兔血乳酸的测定及意义

目的：测定正常健康兔的血乳酸水平,并讨论其影响因素及意义。方法：选取健康正常日本大耳白兔100只,雌雄各50只,分别在8：00与20：00点由兔耳正中动脉、耳缘静脉各采血,用比色法测定并记录标本中血乳酸值。结果：雌兔与雄兔的动脉血乳酸,兔8：00与20：00动脉血乳酸各组内差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;兔的静脉血乳酸与动脉血乳酸之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结果：兔的动脉血乳酸水平与性别、采血时间无明显相关性;静脉乳酸水平较动脉高;正常大耳白兔动静脉血乳酸的平均水平分别为（2.11±0.34）mmol/L与（2.36±0.34）mmol/L,95%可信区间分别为2.04～2.18mmol/L与2.28～2.42mmol/L。结论：兔血乳酸正常范围的确立有利于指导进一步建立组织灌注不良疾病的兔模型。

Determination and significance of lactic acid in rabbits
