| 摘 要： | 目的 评价宫腔镜在输卵管性不孕症中的诊治效果。方法 对 837例不孕症患者接受宫腔镜治疗进行临床分析。统计出 837例中每条输卵管复通的情况 ,并随访其受孕情况。结果 复通率为 86 2 8% ,已有 1 98例获宫内妊娠。结论 宫腔镜下输卵管口插管加压注液 (药 )术 ,可数大多数阻塞性输卵管复通 ,受孕率高 ,效果明显 ,是治疗输卵管性不孕的最佳方法

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect on treating tubal infertility with hysteroscope. Methods The clinical data of un-obstruction and conceived in 837 cases who taken hysteroscope were analyzed. Results The re-unobstructed rate was 86.28% with 198 cases conceiving intra-uterus. Conclusion The result showed that this method could re-unobstruct the obstructive tubal infertility with high conceive rate. This method might be the best way to treat tubal infertility. |
