鼻病毒感染与哮喘

近年来,哮喘的发病率和病死率逐年升高,尤其是哮喘的急性发作和加重已经成为哮喘患儿住院和死亡的主要原因.哮喘的急性发作和加重最重要原因之一是病毒性呼吸道感染,鼻病毒作为呼吸道感染最常见的病原体可触发哮喘的急性发作.鼻病毒引起哮喘发作的病理机制主要包括炎症介质的释放,Th1/Th2型免疫反应失衡及气道重塑,但鼻病毒感染引发哮喘急性发作和加重的病理机制还有待进一步探讨.
