肌电图在神经促通针刺治疗脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者时的评估及指导价值

目的 观察神经促通针刺法对脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者的影响。方法 选择脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者100例，随机法分为A组与B组各50例，分别采用神经促通针刺法针法（A组）与传统针法（B组）进行对照观察，于第一次治疗前后用肌电图测定患者患侧肱二头肌、小腿三头肌（腓肠肌、比目鱼肌）肌电运动单位动作电位（以后简称肌电动作电位）的变化，1个月后两组分别再做同样的测定。结果 比较第一次针灸前后、治疗前与治疗30d后两组患者肌张力协调性的改变和肌电动作电位数目的变化，A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 神经促通针刺法针法在改善脑卒中痉挛患者的肌张力协调性和运动功能方面优于传统针法组。

The evaluation of EMG on the patients with brain stroke treated by nerve promoted acupuncture

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture with ficilitation technique on spasm of patients with stroke using electromyography(EMG).Methods 100 cases of post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by acupuncture with ficilitation technique and a control group treated by traditional needling.The motor unit action potential of affected biceps muscle of arm and triceps muscle of calf were tested with EMG before and after treatment.Results With control group,the change of tension of muscle and motor unit action potential in treatment group were significant after treatment.Conclusion The acupuncture with ficilitation technique are more effctive than traditional needling in improving tension of muscle and ability of motion of patients with stroke.
