| 摘 要： | 以大鼠为对象,侧脑室埋植套管,行为训练后脑室注射毛冬青甲素100μg,对大鼠被动回避行为的保持有增强作用。结果提示,毛冬青甲素对动物的记忆保持具有易化作用,其作用的机理可能是通过中枢进行调节。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, 46 SD rats were used. Trocars were implanted In each rat's lateral ventricle, injecting 100 ug of Hexonin A into the lateral ventricle through the trocar after the learning trial which significantly increased passive avoidance latencies in rats as measured at 24h and 48h after treatment. The data suggested that ilexonin A could play an enhancement role in the retention of passive avoidance behavior in rats. |
