妊娠期糖尿病孕妇超声引导羊膜腔穿刺的配合及护理

目的 对34例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇羊膜腔穿刺的护理观察，总结术前、术中及术后护理对减少手术并发症和提高手术成功率的影响。方法在超声羊水定位条件下，通过对34例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇羊膜腔穿刺术的操作，分析探讨临床手术中应注意的问题，术前心理护理对手术的影响。结果由于方法得当，接受羊膜腔穿刺的34例孕妇均顺利完成手术，无一例发生手术并发症。结论在穿刺术前、术中、术后进行严密的观察和护理可减少并发症的发生，是提高穿刺术成功的重要环节。
