肺炎支原体感染的临床探讨

摘    要:目的支原体感染不仅引起呼吸道疾病,而且引起呼吸道以外的其他器官与系统的损害。支原体致病机理除病原侵犯机体组织引起直接损伤外,还可导致组织免疫损伤。方法标本为咽拭子,用PCR方法查MP-DNA,如果MP-DNA阳性则为支原体感染。结果好发年龄仍以学龄前、学龄儿童多见,无性别差异,320例病儿中有96例为MP-DNA阳性,阳性率占总病例数的30%。结论MP感染除引起呼吸系统感染外,还可以外表现为首发症状,使病情复杂,易造成误诊误治。故当病情不能完全以细菌、病毒感染解释,一般抗生素治疗无效时,应想到MP感染的可能。大环内酯类抗生素是治疗MP感染的有效抗生素。

Abstract:Objective:Mycoplasma(MP) can cause respiratory disease.It can also cause damages to other organs and systems.The mechanism of MP infection is that it invades the body and cause direct damages to the tissue as well as the immune system.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction methods(PCR) is used to detect MP-DNA in throat swabs.If the result is positive we can conclude that the patient is infected by mycoplasma.Results:Children at or under school age are easily infectal there is no marked sex difference.96 of 320 cases are MP-DNA positive.the positive rate is 30%.Condusions:MP infection can cause other primary symptom in addition to the usual symptom of respiratory infection and cause the condition more sophisticated and easily misdiagnosed.So if the illness can not explained by bacteria or viras infection.we should consider the possibility of MP infection.Macrolides are the effective antibiotics in the treatment of MP infection.
