抗心磷脂抗体在膜性肾病中的意义

目的 探讨抗心磷脂抗体(ACL)与膜性肾病(MN)的关系及其在MN中检测的意义。方法 比较以肾病综合征为临床表现的20例原发性MN和120例其它类型的原发性肾小球疾病的ACL阳性率,比较其它类型间ACL的阳性率,比较轻重不同的MN之间ACL的阳性率。比较MN中ACL阳性与阴性者之间肾静脉血栓形成的并发率。结果 MN的ACL阳性率,明显高于其它类型的肾小球疾病病人,其阳性与MN的轻重无关。在MN中,ACL阳性者肾静脉血栓的并发率明显高于ACL阴性者。结论 MN的ACL阳性较其它病理类型高,并且是MN高血栓并发率的病理生理学基础之

The significance of ACL in membranous nephropathy

Objective To investigate the possible relationship between anticardiolipid antibody (ACL) and membranous nephropathy(MN) and the value of ACL detection in the patients with MN. Methods To compare the positive rate of ACL in 20 cases with primary MN to 120 cases with the other pathology types(The clinical manifestations of all cases were nephrotic syndrome) . To compare the positive rate of ACL among the other pathology types. To compare the positive rate of ACL in MN of different degree. To compare the percentage of renal venous thrombosis between those with ACL positive and those with ACL negative in MN. Results The positive rate of ACL in MN were higher than the primary glomerular diseases with the other pathology types. No relationship of the positive rate in MN of different degree. Among MN, percentage of renal venous thrombosis in those with ACL positive was obviously higher than those with ACL negative. Conclusion The positive rate of ACL in MN were higher than the other pathology types. Furthermore it was one of the pathophysiology bases of MN with higer thrombosis incidence rate.
