突发公共事件易感人群心理健康状况与应对方式、人格特质的相关研究

目的研究突发公共事件易感人群的心理健康状况,及其与应对方式、人格特质的相互关系,为应急管理的心理恢复与预防提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、大五人格量表(BFQ),随机抽样不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、家庭收入等100人进行问卷调查。结果1突发公共事件易感人群在SCL-90上的各项得分均显著高于全国常模;2成熟的应对方式与突发公共事件易感人群的心理健康状况呈正相关,不成熟或混合的应对方式与之负相关;3BFQ5个特质均与突发公共事件易感人群的心理健康状况呈正相关;4采用多元逐步回归发现,应对方式中解决问题因子可以有效预测16.7%的变异,合理化(8.4%),人格特质中社交性因子(5.8%)。结论应对方式中解决问题和合理化因子以及人格特质中的社交性因子可以有效的预测突发公共事件易感人群的心理健康状况,其中,合理化与心理健康状况呈显著负相关,解决问题和社交性呈显著正相关。

Relationship between Mental Health and Coping Style,PersonaIjty among Public Emergency Susceptible Population

Objective To study the coping style, psychological health and personality of public emergency susceptible population. Methods The simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ）, SCL--90 and BFQ were administered to 100 public emergencies susceptible people by randomly sampling. Results （1）The scores on SCL--90 of public emergency susceptible population were significantly higher than the national norm;（2）There was a positive correlation between psychological health of public emergency susceptible people and mature ways of coping styles, and a negative correlation with immature ways;（3）All the five traits in BFQ were positively correlated with psychological health of public emergency susceptible people;（4）The multiple linear stepwise regression found that problem-solving factor could predict 16.7% of the variation of psychological health of public emergency susceptible people, 8.4% of rationalization and 5.80% of sociability. Conclusion The scores of the solving problem on SCSQ and socialbility on BFQ were negatively correlated with the scores in SCL-- 90 and the score of rationalization on SCSQ was positively correlated with the scores in SCL--90. They can effectively predict psychological health of public emergency susceptible people.
