摘    要:本文用药物的时间-浓度-效应三维空间图描述效应和浓度随着时间变化的规律性,能直观地看出三者关系。该三维图是建立在临床药物动力学和临床药效动力学数学模型基础上,经研究所得相应动力学参数,再用微机模拟作图绘出。为开展临床药学研究提供一种图形设计方法,本文介绍硝苯啶样本数据为代表。

Abstract:Three-dimension graph for describing the relationship between time, plasma concentration, and drug effect has been developed. This graph was based on the pharmacokinetico-pharmacodynamic modeling which was simulated and plotted by the aid of a computer, the kinetic and dynamic parameters were calculated from data obtained. This approach provides doctors a graphic designing method for clinical pharmacology study and intuitive idea of how the effect of drugs changing with the plasma concentration and time after administration. Nifedipine data were used for sample illustration.
