| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺对外伤性截瘫后小便失禁的临床疗效。方法以中医理论为指导，采用传统针刺方法对外伤性截瘫后小便失禁进行临床研究观察。结果30例外伤性截瘫后小便失禁者，治愈11例，占36．67％；有效14例，占46．67％．总有效率83．33％。结论传统针刺手法治疗外伤性截瘫后小便失禁是一种有效的方法，可促进神经功能恢复，提高病人生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on urine incontinence after traumatic paraplegia. Methods According to Tradition Chinese Medicine theory, clinical research the urine incontinence after traumatic paraplegia with tradition acupuncture technique. Results In the 30 cases of urine incontinence after traumatic paraplegia, ll cases was cured, account for 36.67% , 14 cases was effective, account for 46.67%, the total effective rate was 83.33%. Conclusion The tradition acupuncture method is an effect therapeutic means on urine incontinence after traumatic paraplegia. It can promote the nerve function revive and improve the quality of the patient life. |
