高效液相法测定痤疮搽剂中氯霉素、水杨酸的含量

目的 建立痤疮搽剂中氯霉素、水杨酸的含量测定方法.方法 以UltimateTM XB-C18为分析柱,乙腈-0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液（取磷酸二氢钾6.8 g,用0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液溶解并稀释至1000ml,再加三乙胺5ml,混匀,用磷酸调节pH值至2.5）（25：75）为流动相 流速：1.0ml·min-1 检测波长：278 nm 进样量10 μl.结果 氯霉素对照品在29.49～196.60μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.1% 水杨酸对照品在31.41～209.40μg/ml,范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.5%.结论 本测定方法简便、准确,可用于痤疮搽剂的质量控制.

Determination of contents of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Acne liniment by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for detecting the contents of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Acne liniment by HPLC. Methods HPLC was conducted on a UltimateTM XB-C18with acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate solution (dissove 6.8 g,potassium phosphate monobasic and mixing well,adjusting to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid) (25:75) as mobile phase,detected at 278 nm;with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1. Results The calibration curve of chloramphenicol was linear with 29.49 ～ 196.60 μg/ml (r = 0.9999). The average recovery of chloramphenicol was 99.1％. The calibration curve = 0.9999).
