急性肺损伤中医病机及治法探讨

通过对近8年国内有关急性肺损伤(ALI)中医理论研究及临床研究的相关文献及有关喘咳的古代文献进行分析,总结分析急性肺损伤中医病机及治法。认为急性肺损伤病位在肺,与肾关系密切,可累及多个脏器;肺不主气是ALI发生的病理基础,肺肾两虚是ALI转归的病理关键;中医药治疗当扶正祛邪,肺肾共调。

Elaborations on Chinese Medical Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Methods of Acute Lung Injury

Based on review of references involving both clinical and theoretical studies on acute lung injury(ALI) in past eight years and ancient documents about cough and asthma,this paper analyzes the TCM pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of ALI.It is suggested that the focus of this disease lies in the lungs,but correlates closely to kidney,and involves other organs.Lung failing to govern qi is the fundamental pathology,in which deficiency of both lung and kidney is crucial.Strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens and accommodating both lung and kidney should be adopted in the treatment.
