肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈移位骨折

目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈移位骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院2000年2月～2006年12月，应用肱骨近端锁定钢板（locking proximal humeral plate,LPHP）治疗肱骨外科颈骨折并获得有效随访的病例21例，其中按Neer1]分型二型11例、三型7例、四型3例，其中1例伴肩关节脱位；男13例，女8例；年龄25～82岁，平均56.3岁。结果：本组病例均获得有效随访，随访时间3～48个月，平均16.3个月，患肢功能按Neer功能评定标准评定，结果优良率：二型90.1％；三型71.4％；四型33.3。结论：肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效可靠，功能恢复好，是治疗肱骨外科颈移位骨折的一种较好内固定方法。

Locking proximal humerus plate for the displaced fractures of humeral surgical neck

Objective: To explore the methods and curative effects of displaced fractures of humeral surgical neck by locking proximal humerus plate.Methods: We analyzed 21 patients who had diagnosed as humeral surgical neck fracture and treated by operation with locking proximal humeral plate from February 2000 to December 2006 and were well followed up. They have 11 of 2nd type,7 of 3rd type,3 of 4th type dislocation by Neer’s Classification and 1 of them have shoulder.Their average age is 56.3yr (from 25yr to 82yr ) with 13 males and 8 females.Result:They all were followed up effectively with 16.3 month's mean time(3 to 48 months).To evaluate their curative effective by Neer's functional assessment,their final rate of excellent or good are:90.1%,71.4%,33.3% with 2nd,3rd and 4th respectively.Conclusion: To treat humeral surgical neck fracture with locking proximal humeral plate is a good method of internal fixation to treat displaced humeral surgical neck fracture with fairly reliable curative effect and good functional result.
