| 摘 要： | 目的选择以聚乙烯醇、明胶、聚丙烯酸钠、丙二醇制备巴布剂的最佳基质配比。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以成型巴布剂基质的剥离强度为衡量指标,评定不同基质配比下巴布剂的质量。结果巴布剂的最佳基质配比为明胶-聚丙烯酸钠-丙二醇(5∶5∶6)。结论采用此最佳基质配比可制备质量较佳的巴布剂基质。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To select the optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation process of Cataplasm of Traditional Chinese Medicine by PVA,gelatia,sodium polyacrylate,and propylene glycol.METHODS The L_9(3~4) orthogonal test method was used and the stripping intensity was used as scale guideline to assess the cataplasm quality of different proportion of matrix.RESULTS The optimum proportion of matrix of Cataplasm was gelatia-odium polyacrylate-Propylene glycol(5∶5∶6).CONCLUSION With this optimum proportion of matrix better quality Cataplasm can be prepared. |
