| 摘 要： | 实验教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,最终目的在于使学生获得科研训练和创新能力。为了实现这一目标,必须建立与之相适应的实验教学保障体系。医学实验中心从完善各项管理制度,建立实验教材建设和实验技术队伍建设体系,建立实验教学质量保证体系,建立实验教学管理、仪器设备管理和耗材管理体系以及实验室安全、环保管理体系等方面进行了实践。
