不同营养支持对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的临床效果评价

目的：评价不同营养支持方法对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的临床意义。方法选取2010年1月-2012年11月本院收治的84例重型颅脑损伤患者，随机分为3组，每组28例：A组早期同时给予肠内营养（EN）和肠外营养（PN），B组单纯PN，且PN时间超过2周；C组早期单纯给予EN。比较3组患者的营养状况、并发症的发生率及预后。结果 A组2周时血糖及各项营养指标均优于B与C组（P＜0．05），早晚期并发症发生率低于其他2组（P＜0．05），预后优于其他2组（P＜0．05）。结论重型颅脑损伤后早期联合进行EN和PN是临床较合理的营养支持方法，对患者预后有重要价值。

The clinical effect evaluation of Different nutrition support in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different nutrition support method in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Meth-od Between January 201 0 and November 201 0 84 patients were admitted in our hospital and randomly divided into three groups,each group of 24 cases.Group A was given enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition at the same time while group B was given parenteral nutrition and group C was given enteral nutrition.The nutritional status of the three groups,the incidence of complications and prognosis were compared.Re-sults Blood glucose and various nutritional indexes of group A is better than that of group B and group C（P〈0.05）.The incidence of early complication is lower than the other two groups （P〈0.05）,The prognosis is better than the other two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition is the comparison of the clinical reasonable nutrition support method after severe head injury early and is of important value for the prognosis of patients.
