高锰酸钾溶液在水痘患者皮肤护理中的应用

目的：观察高锰酸钾溶液在水痘患者皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法将40例水痘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例，两组患者都使用抗生素和阿昔洛韦。对照组使用炉甘石洗剂涂擦，观察组使用高锰酸钾溶液进行洗浴，观察2组患者用药后24、48、72h皮疹消退及皮肤的瘙痒情况。结果在皮疹消退方面，用药后24、48、72h观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；在减轻痒感方面，用药24、48、72h观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论高锰酸钾溶液应用于水痘患者的皮肤护理中，在减轻痒感、加速皮疹的消退方面有着十分显著的疗效。

The Application of Potassium Permanganate Solution in The Skin Care of The Varicella Patients

Objective To observing the skin care effect of patients with varicella by applying potassium permanganate solution.Methods Dividing randomly 40 cases of varicella patients into observation group and control group,every group has 20 cases,both treated with antibiot-ics and acyclovir.using calamine lotion to rub patients in the control group while potassium permanganate solution to bath patients in the ob-servation,then we should observe the rash subsiding and itching in 24,48 and 72 hours later after medication.Result The observation group signifinantly superior to the control group in rash subsiding and itching in 24,48 and 72 hours later after medication.Conclusion Potassium permanganate solution has a significant effect in relieving rash subsiding and itching.
