| 摘 要： | 总结了紫杉醇联合卡铂（Tc方案）同期化疗联合调强适形放疗治疗48例中晚期宫颈癌的护理措施，主要包括心理护理、放疗护理、化疗护理、中心静脉导管护理等。认为给予积极有效的护理措施，能有效减轻放化疗的副反应，有利于患者的预后和康复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | To summarize nursing interventions on patients with advanced cervical cancer in the combination use of chemotherapy of the pacli- taxel plus carboplatin（TC） and intensity modulated radiation therapy. The interventions including the psychological nursing care, the radiotherapy nursing care, the chemotherapy nursing care and the central venous catheter nursing care. It is found that effective nursing interventions can obviously reduce the side effects of chemoradiotheropy, and improve the prognosis and the life quality of patients. |
