人工全肩关节置换术患者无痛化管理的临床研究

目的：探讨人工全肩关节置换术患者疼痛控制的效果，为控制患者疼痛提供治疗和护理依据。方法选取20例行人工全肩关节置换术患者，按住院号的单双分为对照组9例和研究组11例，对照组进行传统疼痛控制，研究组采用无痛病房规范化的疼痛管理，比较两组患者术后疼痛控制效果。结果研究组患者术后疼痛评分低于对照组，术后夜间睡眠时间比对照组长，术后肩关节功能Mallet评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论无痛病房规范化的疼痛管理能降低TSA患者术后疼痛，有助于患者术后肩关节功能恢复，提高患者住院满意度和舒适度。

The clinical study of painless management in Shoulder arthroplasty with patients

Objective To investigate the effects of patients’pain control after the shoulder joint arthroplasty which provide a basis for treat-ment and care in control patients with pain.Method 20 routine artificial total shoulder arthroplasty patients were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the number in hospital which the traditional pain control was used in control group.The painless ward standardization of pain management was used in the experimental group,two groups of the patients with post-operative pain control effect were compared.Results Postoperative pain score of experimental group patients was lower than the control group,the postopera-tive night sleep time was longer than control group,Mallet of shoulder joint function score higher than the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant.Conclusion Painless ward standardization of management can reduce postoperative pain in patients and improve the pa-tients shoulder joint function after surgery,the hospitalized patients’satisfaction and comfort.
