先天性心脏病外科治疗进展

先天性心脏病（congenital heart disease,CHD）在我国的发病率约为6‰～7‰,我国每年约有20万先心病患儿出生,是婴幼儿尤其新生儿的第一死亡原因.近年来,先心病的外科治疗发展很快,许多诊治观点和治疗方法不断改进.手术方法的改进使以前无法手术的复杂先天性心脏病患儿重新获得新生,并减少了手术并发症,提高了手术的疗效.本文就CHD的发展历程、CHD常见的姑息手术和常见、复杂的CHD矫治手术的进展进行介绍.

Advances in Surgical Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease

The incidence of congenital heart disease in our country is about 6‰-7‰, about 200,000 children with congenital heart disease is born every year in our country, which is the first cause of death in infants, especially newborns. Surgical treatment of congenital heart disease developed rapidly, many viewpoints of diagnosis and treatment methods improve continuously. Improved surgical techniques make the children with complex congenital heart disease that surgery cannot be made before reborn again, and reduce the operation complications, thus improving the operation effect. In this paper, the development history of CHD, CHD common palliative operation and common progress in treatment of complex CHD operation were reviewed.
