颈椎钛板-融合固定器的研制及生物力学研究

摘    要:目的:对自行设计的颈椎内固定器——钛板-融合固定器进行生物力学研究,评价其临床应用的可能性。方法:将钛板-融合固定器固定的脊柱功能单位进行前屈、后伸、扭转、侧弯等力学测试,并与单钝钛板固定和单纯融合器固定作对比。结果:单纯融合器固定在后伸时力学性能差;钛板固定在扭转试验时力学性能差;钛板-融合固定器在各方向力学性能都较前两者好。结论:单纯融合器固定和单纯钛板固定都存在生物力学上的薄弱点,钛板-融合固定器可结合前二者的优点,更适应临床颈椎病患者治疗的力学需要。

Abstract:Objective:To enhance anterior cervical verteb ra internal fixation device,a new cervical vertebra in-ternal fixation device n amed titanium plate-interbody fusion cage was devised.After the biomechanical st udy was performed,the possibility of clinical application was evaluated.Method:S ome functional spinal unit was fixed respectively with titanium plate,fusion cag e and new device designed by us.The mechanical experimental study including flex ion,extension,torsion and lateral bending were perfomed and a comparative study was made.Result:As to the mechanical performance,fusion cage was unsatisfied und er extension test and titanium plate was in the same condition under distortion test.However,new device was satisfied in every test items.Conclu-sion:Both simp le titanium plate fixaiton and simple fusion cage fixation have a biomechanical weak point,but some complementation existed between them,the titanium plate-inte rbody fusion cage has occupied their ad-vantages.The superiority could be obser ved obviously in biomechanical test.The new device can meet the clin-ical appli cation of cervical disorders.
