腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果比较

目的 通过腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床比较,探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠 的临床效果及优点。方法 将诊断为输卵管妊娠的139例随机分为两组,腹腔镜组93例,传统开腹手术组46例,分 别用腹腔镜及常规开腹手术治疗,比较两组手术治疗的临床效果。结果 两组在手术时间、绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)转阴天数方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),在术中失血量、术后肛门排气时间、发热例效、住院天数方面差异有显 著性(P<0.01)。结论 输卵管妊娠腹腔镜手术的临床效果优于传统开腹手术治疗者,是临床首选的手术方法。

A Comp Rison Of Clinical Effect Laparoscope Therapy And Laparotomies Therapy For Tuabl Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and advantage of laparoscopy on treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods in 139 pateents with tubal pregnancy, laparoscopic operations were performed in 93 patients, and laparotomiesin 46 the clinical effect in two groups were comparised. Results There was no significant difference in operation time and hcg descent between two groups (P>0.05).but the bleeding, rehahilitation time, fever cases, the days of hospitalzation after operation in laparoscopic group were significantly less than those in laparotomy group (P<0.01). Conclusions The clinical effect of laparoscopy to treat tubal pregnancy is superior than laparotomy.
