小剂量雌激素对围绝经期CIN患者LEEP术预后的影响研究

目的 研究围绝经期宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）患者行宫颈电热圈环切（LEEP）术后口服小剂量雌激素对手术创面愈合和术后并发症的影响.方法 将62例围绝经期CIN Ⅰ～Ⅲ患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,两组均行LEEP锥切术,观察组于术后辅以尼尔雌醇片1mg口服1～2次,并观察两组患者阴道溢液、脱痂出血及创面修复时间、治愈率、术后宫颈管粘连的发生率.结果 观察组患者创面愈合时间较对照组缩短,且术后宫颈管粘连发生率较对照组降低（均P＜0.05）;两组患者阴道溢液、脱痂出血时间及治愈率的差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）.结论 围绝经期CIN患者行LEEP术后辅以小剂量雌激素治疗有助于缩短手术创面愈合时间和减少宫颈管粘连的发生率.

Low-dose estrogen improves prognosis of perimenopausal patients with cervical LEEP

Objective TO investigate the effect of low-dose estrogen on surgical prognosis of perimenopausal patients undergoing cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP）. Methods Sixty two perimenopausal patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm （CIN） Ⅰ-Ⅲ were randomly divided into estrogen group and control group. All patients underwent cervical LEEP conization, patients in estrogen group were supplemented with ling oral nilestriol 1 to 2 times. The time of vaginal discharge, bleeding, wound healing and scab off, the cure rate and complications rate of cervical adhesions were observed and compared between two groups. Results There were no differences in vagimal discharge, bleeding time and wound scab off time between two groups. Wound healing time was significantly shorter and cervical adhesion rate were significantly lower in estrogen group than those in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose estrogen therapy improves surgical wound healing and reduces the incidence of cervical adhesions in perimenopausal patients after cervical LEEP.
